T8 3203(a)PII was retaliated against for reporting a sink intended for hand washing lacked soap to prevent the spread of COVID 19. T8 3203(a) T8 3366(b) PII was discouraged from wearing PPE because it might cause patients or other employees to panic. On March 30, 2020 PII returned to work wearing a painter's mask, gloves and safety goggles over his prescription eyeglasses. PII was confronted by his employer who objected to the PPE he was wearing.
