I received a dietary supplement from a fullfilment center on 14140 McCormick Drive Tampa Fl 33626. It was from Verti products that had a phone number 800-609-4174 which clicks off as soon as you dial it. Tried twice with same result. Also found the numbers and tried... See More to contact the fulfillment center at two different #’s I found on line. 800 -976-9360 same result and 800-815-8519 the operator said not a working number. Spent the last two hours trying to get hold of them with the same results so sending the product back return to sender and hopefully the post office takes it. See Less

For the past few days, landlord has had construction work at the site. No encapsulation materials were used to contain fibers. Complainant observed ceiling tiles drilled (aggressive method) by employees who were not wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and no monitoring equipment deployed to measure the amount of exposure.

The outage was reported for the area of Pinecrest at 8:45 a.m. Monday morning and was expected to last until 6 p.m.

The reason for the power outage was to upgrade equipment.
