half ago I still have symthoms and now i am cold ...this company doesnt care about there employees ...when covid started to come out one of the employees at american airlines passed away due to covid. this company is putting everyones health on the line. informed the manager and they told me I need to bring our own. Company is located in Florida and employer is probably unaware. Caller wants the carrot and not the stick as far as enforcement goes. DM speaks with complainant and confirms testing location is fully insulated and temperature is cooler inside the testing location than outdoors. T8CCR§3363(a) - Airport has removed water fountains. Employer fails to provide potable water in adequate supply in all places of employment for drinking and washing.
