and the name given was Zoe. Label from Carson is over another label written in Chinese. Will definitely be notifying my credit card company to have the charges removed. 5/16/23 - I notified my credit card company & they have started the process of reversing the charges. I emailed the vendor & they responded asking me not to file a dispute because they have requested the charges to be fully refunded due to this being a "bad case" and that any dispute would cause their refund request to "fail". They asked me to wait 7 business days & if the refund has not been received, to re-contact them so they could review their system. The vendor who responded has changed from Zoe to Yayo. I responded to the email that it was too late & that my credit card company would handle this case. The original website no longer exists & the only contact info I have is their email address, as noted above.
