Ordered items 6 weeks ago . Ongoing emails basically saying they delivered package. Offered 60% refund . Accusation of my dishonesty. Undelivered goods. they can’t evidence and a signed for parcel which they can’t evidence. Basically saying I’m lying and they and courier are not at fault. Offered a 60% refund to make me go away. Refused and asked them to evidence mailing address and signature.
