order confirmation and despite several emails since to obtain a full refund of my initial payment I continually receive the response that i will be sent my money back but this has been ongoing now since 11th August 2023. I received a part refund of £4.50p from RH Lambert / AGNES.com, Stoke-on-Trent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I understand that all the goods advertised by this company is a complete SCAM (also offering Clark's shoes) which never arrive at the customers address. email address provided from customer services customer@storehelpcentre.com Update 28th September. I have now received a 90% refund of my original order today to my account. Fellow shoppers please continue to be wary of this company but if disputes arise then continue to pursue to get your payment back.
