I would like to know more about this company,please, I received a Scottish Signature ring in the mail, I did not even order this, it came from a Rob Fletcher of EiE, I've never heard of them, let alone deal with them. Why are they a supposed scam?

I checked my credit card on line and an charge for $111.70 was charged to my account and would rather not dispute it but will if forced as I know it is not a charge I made. When I looked on who it was charged to it showed DGTGOODSGONS on my credit card online statement and it was pending.
