Ordered shirts that were on sale..thought it was grunt style but turned out to be some shit from China called kinesure. Charged and never received. Even had a fake shipping and tracking number. POKGALNEAMPR**** is the label for a pos purchase.

Thought I was ordering clothes from JCPenney. Waited over one month and got a notice that it was delivered, but nothing has ever been received. I am now disputing the charge on my credit card. Whileer is offering 60% refund. That is also a scam as noted online when you look up JCP USA&CA
