I received a dog flag thru usps that I did not order nor did anyone else., I received a dog flag thru usps that I didn’t order nor did any of my family or friends. Is was in a black plastic package labeled PS Lightweight Time Sensitive Material. Nothing was in package by flag. Above return address was RE USNJCB 100001.
