I received some kind of panel for a device (don't know which one)/ I didn't order anything. How to stop it? It's the second time I received suspicious things.

i received a motherboard like thing and then the next day some other computer piece that attaches to it. and today a piece of cardboard. In CA also
packages so far from 14915 17 7th St, Jamaica, NY. 3 empty except for a cardboard stiffener. 1 had the stiffener with some little electronic thing taped to it. All unordered. No packing slip
