I ordered two dresses, when they came they were the size of a child,they already took the money out of my account.I have no receipt but now can’t do anything the name of the co is TEMU lindens Lui it’s based in Thorogare NJ 08086Are you going to jail these people who stole our hard earn money, lm 85 years old see other poor people this has happened too

If you have an online account, they will refund your money, I had an item delivered damaged, and they asked for a picture, and then refunded my money immediately
I order often from Temu. I have never had an issue with returns. The process is easy online. Be sure to use the size charts because the Chinese sizes tend to run smaller than ours.

How do I exchange an item for a different color?
They don’t offer exchanges only refunds/credits.
I also order often from TEMU. I have read they are owned by China but are here in US. They sell items, often at a loss, because they want to see your info. I use PayPal, so they don't get anything from me other than email addy, real addy, and name. I have no problem with them at this time.
