I purchased a smart watch from this company and when it arrived it didn't work. I requested a refund and after days of run-around of trying to 'fix' the watch they are offering another watch if I pay shipping costs, which I shouldn't have to and why would I want another bad product from the company. If I want to return the broken item, they say I have to return it to China at my expense, but provide no return address.
