I received a package that was supposed to be ASUS ROG Ally 7" 120Hz FHD 1080p. Instead they sent me earbuds instead. How do I file a claim and find these people? The website I ordered from was from pinchtile.comI can give you what they charged my account under as. I can give you the website they fraudulently used and emails they sent with the package for "customer service". I will also be in contact with my bank to file a claim and have them trace back to where the money went to and whom received it. I greatly appreciate your help.
The better information the more aware people will see it and if be tricked into it like I was. I will definitely look into getting a refund from my bank. Thank you for the info.
