What course of action can be taken?
I ordered 4 lawn chairs and received a little flower. this presented as a commercial from QVC. I'm out $49.97. The return address was from ; Carrie Bonkiewicz 2864 Parsons Blvd Queens, Ny 11357

I ordered the same chairs. I’m out the same amount. My return address was from freaking china.
Beware…I also ordered 4 camp chairs from”QVC” and never received anything. Tried email no response. Had to file dispute with cc company.

I ordered 4chairs from what I thought legit from QVC. Advertising was done on Facebook. Received a pair of black plastic sunglasses. When I emailed them about it I was told I would have to return sunglasses to get money back. I went to UPS and was told it would cost over $100 to return to China. So what can you do? Any advice? Is QCV aware of this issue.
Same thing. Got a very ugly scarf. And the site I used to buy stuff from them is now gone
Same thing here….ordered those chairs, looked just like a QVC overstock, and got these crummy cheap sunglasses. Yes, the site is gone. It was Tvbestdeals but my confirmation email when I placed my order says westarshop. The return address on my sunglasses package Ontario CA….845 S. Millikan Ave, suite C.
