I purchased what was supposed to be a BOX of items for 49.95 called the SUPER BOX, what i received was 1 small package with a set of PRO 4 EARBUDS in it that is worth 24.95 online. I have requested a refund through their email customer service, I doubt I will receive a response from them but luckily I never buy anything unless I can pay with PAYPAL, I will be requesting a refund through Paypal . the customer service email address is luofirst. com, the site it was ordered from is a sponsored site on faceback for Amazon pallets, you can never find the exact site again when you try to locate it.

I bought 3 boxes called my credit card that I used but not sure if I’m going to be able to get that money back has anyone tried to send this junk back
They replied to an email and said they do not refund and then try to get you to buy more at a discount. I am reporting this to PayPal and hope they will get my money back.
I ordered an Amazon surprise box for 60.I paid via paypal. The advertisement stated that it was a large box with many items however what I got was a small Pro4 EarPod box which I do not really need.
They did me too and I just filed report and they told me the same thing about unable to refund fully but 50% of it. I got email personally from another customer service telling mw the chance of getting bigger box and all unfortunately unable to fully refund but 15% of it and keep the products and reply if I accept the offer. I am replying to the email. PayPal needs to take action and block that seller from doing business with PayPal.
