I ordered a dog wash basin and from June 6/23 to 7/19/23 I have been playing back-and-forth with their emails telling me they shipped it, sending me bogus shipping information, telling me they will give me the shipping fee refund or that they don’t do refunds. Every email is different, I am in the process of going to the Better Business Bureau and will now report it as fraud to my credit card company. Obviously it was never received. I did get a smiley face in a box like the other customers, but never associated it with this company since I was looking for a dog wash basin . I reported it to my credit card company as a Fraudulent transaction
