I keep receiving these gummies from Nutraition that I didn’t order. I ordered once only. How do I cancel? I ordered the product ounce to try it, and now have received 2 more

They just did the same thing to me and charged me over $ 250 in 2 seperate transactions. No way would I take one. There is no customer service number.

Yes cancel your credit card and have them issue you a new credit card. I am in dispute with the charge right now.
Check your bank account transaction for phone number or google name of package. Mine was Nutraition.

Just did the same thing to me. Tried it, dicn't work and should probably report this company and product to consumer affairs for violating the truth in advertising laws

Great information, I will definitely be reporting this company, My neighbor is a Sheriff. They bite of more than they could chew. I looked up the products online they are just vitamins not for weight loss and 5 containers cost $79.00, 2 containers cost $39. But they refuse to refund customers for false advertising and price gauging.
I have a charge of 199.85 on my credit card from them. last time it was over 200.00 and I never received anything from them. they are fraud charges. the only way is to cancel with your bank the current card you have and get a new one. there is not customer service number , the banks have a number for a waste station. we all need to contact the ftc and bbb and claim fraud charges.
They are doing them same thing to me. How do I cancel and make them quit charging my credit card?

Same here, was going to try a sample, then they wanted to add additional items, when i clicked no the screen refreshed and said ordered placed. banks fraud detection wouldn't block the sale, now I have to file a protest. No receipt when package arrived and now way to contact them. Complete scam.
Exactly what happened to me.
I also just received a second order that I didn’t place. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I found a third party vendor phone number and am trying to get satisfaction. Well, hopefully got it cancelled and at least a partial refund but promised a full refund when they receive product back!!!

I used the number on my bank statement to cancel but we will see if it worked. 1-877-200-8034. When I look back in my account, looks like they kept changing the name of where the charge came from: ezzyhealthbrands, shopezzyhealth, shopezyhealth - shady AF. I will see if they actually take me out of the "subscription" they said I signed up for and they gave me a cancellation number. Still doubtful but we will see.

Thanks for the referred phone number. I called it, was able to talk to a rep within a few minutes, and received a refund of $70 reflected in my credit card account immediately. I asked why not the full $199+ charge? I was given a RMA number (returned merchandise authorization #), return address and told that, upon their receipt of unopened bottles, I would receive the full refund.

My 89 year old mother has been scammed by these people. I thank y'all for the information and I will be calling the number in the comments Monday to try and cancel further withdrawals from my mom's account. As***les...I mean aren't the people of this country struggling enough these days? Goes to show people are ruthless AF. We've been through it down here in the south. I bet they get it all back and then some! Karma is a bitch after all.
My mom is getting scammed too by them only for a year and she didnt do anything about it every month 200 bucks. I cant believe it!
