Same scam as others - ordered dog fence, received silk scarf., Seattle, WA, USA

Received a silk scarf not a dog fence. Say I must send scarf back and pay for shipping then they will reimburse me. Will contact credit card company and say scam but its been a month so doubt they will reimburse. Watch out!
