I also received a SMART BAND 7 I didn’t order . I can't find out any information about the Smart band 7. I don't know what to do with it. I'm in Brownsville, California (northern CA)

I received a "mystery box" from these people with a few junk items (earbuds and a 3 in 1 usb cable set. I emailed them and got this message: Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store. In this situation, I would like to offer you a 25% refund of the item as compensation. Also, you don't need to spend extra time and shipping fee to return this item to our warehouse. If you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know. Again, thank you for contacting us! Same here. Not just a scam but no instructions. Just j**k. Should have known better.
Lesson learned I guess. In fact Amazon should do domething to these bastards scamming in their name. I thought I was getting a box full of items from amazon but instead I got a piece of s**t Smart band 7.
I also received this watch and ear buds that I did not order….i ordered two boxes of amazons crate once a year sale. Have not received them.

Got ear buds and a multiple charger cord today. 3/19/25. I also ordered a "pallet". Haven`t received that either. Might follow up with PayPal.

Yes it is. I also ordered a box of return items and received a cheapo (10 bucks on amazon) "fit bit" watch that was missing most of the parts. Including the watch itself! They take out ads on Facebook and get your money then send out crap. Screwed me for 35 bucks. I think I'll go to Montebello this weekend. (Evil grin)

Oh boy.. I am such an idiot. I should have known better. I ordered a box of returned items from amazon as well. received a smart band 7 just like everyone else here. I should have known it was too good to be true,
Tictoc should fine these people for using their format to SCAM its tictoc customers! I to bought a $59 box and a $49 box! I just received a pair of shades/with music, ear buds, a dinky watch, sonic tooth brush! None of it worth a plug nickel! You can’t contact them to complain or return!! SCAM SCAM
