ordered lawn decorations from company by different name. Received ear muffs on the day the company says my order was delivered according to tracking info. No one answers e-mails FRAUD I now have a $40 pair of fake fur earmuffs!

response from service @risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support @lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
