More than 2,100 PG&E customers in northwest Chico lost power Tuesday around 4 p.m. One outage is affecting 1,576 customers while the other is affecting 611 customers. The outages are in the same area, mostly west of Esplanade between W. 11th Avenue and W. Eaton Rd. There is no estimated time the power will be restored.
