On July 7th, There was a power outage in Northwest Bakersfield near Stockdale Highway and Allen Road. The PG&E website reports the outage was reported around 4:18 p.m. this afternoon. This outage has affected over 2,400 customers at the peak of the outage, according to PG&E.
