Nearly 11,000 Pacific Power customers in five Portland zip codes experienced an outage Wednesday afternoon, August 28. Power returned to the area by 2:51 p.m. The affected customers were mostly located in the Montavilla neighborhood, reaching the zip codes 97213, 97215, 97216, 97230, and 97220, according to the company’s outage map.
