A power outage started at about 4:50am today in Ottawa and parts of LaSalle County between Ottawa and Wedron. For some customers, the power went out for less than a second. Others still have an outage two hours later. Ameren Illinois shows about 2,260 customers affected as of 6:30am. The cause of the outage hasn’t been determined.Outage link: outagemap.ameren.com/
