Small fire leads to a major power outage that will take place Wednesday evening in Aberdeen. The Aberdeen electric department will schedule a two-hour power outage starting at 5:30 Wednesday evening, May 11th. The hospital has a shuttle that runs from the Olympic Stadium in Aberdeen to Grays Harbor hospital transporting employees to work their shift, The bus is 42 ft long and has 11 seats in it, there is no proper social distancing in place on the shuttle. There... See More is no barriers between the driver or seats and at any given time there is 5-6 employees on shuttle at a given time. The shuttle does require mask are worn however more than three people which includes the driver are not at a 6 ft distance. The windows are up the and the space is simply enclosed. Should this shuttle break down they move to a bus with 8 seats. I don't feel comfortable riding this shuttle, and feel it to be a potential for Covid to spread since it is shared with admin staff and floor staff, who work with covid patients.
