More than 25,000 Central Coast PG&E customers are without power as severe weather systems make their way across the state. Monterey County is experiencing the highest concentration of outages; more than 20,000 residents have been impacted by 2,445 outages. Pebble Beach and Carmel are almost completely without power. Chualar customers are also experiencing power outages. About 700 PG&E customers in Chualar have no power. Santa Cruz County has more than 5,000 customers without power from 2,445 outages. The worst areas are the Santa Cruz Mountains, parts of Felton between Empire Grade and Highway 9, and the community of Corralitos.
