Thousands of people woke up Friday morning without power in the Valley. Power is being restored for thousands in Mercer, Mahoning, Columbiana and Trumbull counties. As of 9 a.m., more than 1,000 people are without power in Trumbull County. A couple hundred people are still without power in Columbiana and Mahoning counties.
