There were reports of power outages in Knox County on Friday, Jul 5 after strong storms blew through the region, with some heavy rain and strong winds. As of 2:55 p.m., the Knoxville Utilities Board outage map reported 3,469 customers without power. The outages on the map were scattered throughout their service area.
