More than 10,000 homes and businesses in New Jersey are without power Monday morning in the wake of Sunday night’s nasty winter storm that brought a mix of snow, sleet, rain and gusty winds to the Garden State. About 6,000 utility customers had no power as of 6 a.m., most of them in the PSE&G coverage area and many in the JCP&L coverage area
