Public Service of Oklahoma outage map showed more than 3,000 customers without power in Jenks early Wednesday, November 13. The estimated restoration time was initially 1:30 p.m. The outage stretched across the City and affected Jenks High School, Freshman Academy, and most buildings at West Elementary.
