Power outages in West Virginia continue to remain steady at about 23,000 as of about 11:45 a.m. Monday. A large majority of the outages – nearly 14,000 – are being reported in Kanawha County. Elsewhere in the state, more than 2,500 customer outages are being reported in Lincoln County, followed by 1,800 in Wayne County, 700 in Mingo, 600 in Logan County, 500 in Boone, 300 in Clay and 200 in Jackson, Putnam and Roane counties.
