Do you have the tracking number from the items you first ordered? and do you have the tracking numbers for the unordered packages you received?You can screenshot and post on here if you like but I’ll tell you what is happening.
They send an international tracking number to you (most likely AG111133CN) which means a China Post package. You can go to China post and type in tracking number there.
Now go to USPS.com tracking and type in the tracking number for the unordered items (probably a 9400#).
They probably say delivered on the same time on the same day. That’s a scam.

I, too, received a cheap quill fountain pen and fuzzy white ear muffs that I did not order. I threw away the packaging for the pen 2 days ago thinking it was some poorly executed marketing gimmick.
But today when I got the ear muffs, I figured... See More out the scam. I had ordered discounted Christmas decorations from an ad on Facebook after the holiday. The tracking number from China was sent by email and when I checked today it says "delivered". Its hard to see but the USPS label on the ear muffs is covering the China label with the Chinese tracking number. So these ear muffs are actually a 9 foot fiber optic Christmas tree!!
I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges. F*cking scammers.
