Horry Electric Cooperative confirmed the outage in the Forestbrook area. The service has been restored after crews fixed damage caused by a raccoon. HEC said the outage left 5,400 customers without power. The outage lasted about an hour on September 30 and HEC reported the restoration at 11:20 p.m.
