Gwinnett County: 941 customers affected.
Madison County: 2,676 customers affected.
Gilmer County: 2,112 customers affected.
Habersham County: 276 customers affected.
Rabun County: 397 customers affected.
Murray County: 1,964 customers affected.
Barrow County: 2,453 customers affected.
