A traffic collision shut down the 1700 block of East Bayshore Road in Redwood City on Tuesday, knocking out power and forcing drivers to use alternate routes.Power is not expected to be restored until Tuesday evening, according to the Redwood City Police Department, which said it would take eight hours in an alert sent at 1 p.m.
The incident was reported at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning.
