Roughly 5,000 customers were without power in Danville and Alamo as of 9:40 a.m. Monday, according to PG&E. 3,500 customers were affected in a huge stretch West of Hartz Avenue and near Osage Park, and 3,523 were without power in Alamo and Walnut Creek combined.
