The heavy rainfall this week has brought a slew of issues, particularly at Oroville City Hall where the basement flooded Thursday, November 21. More than 5,000 customers in the Chico area lost power at around 1:40 p.m. Thursday. According to PG&E, power was restored by 4:25 p.m. Thursday. Areas affected were west of Highway 99 and include the Chapman neighborhood, Barber Yard, the neighborhoods surrounding downtown Chico, Mangrove Avenue, Vallombrosa Avenue, and West Second Street.Outage link: pgealerts.alerts.pge.com/outage-tools/outage-map/
