West Penn Power reported about 1,200 customers without power as of 6:30 p.m. Wednesday with the majority in Lancaster, Center, and Clinton Townships as well as Harmony Borough. Central Electric Cooperative reported 90 outages in Butler County at that time. According to West Penn Power, as of 10:00 this morning, 246 Butler County customers are still without power. The majority of those residents are in Clinton, Buffalo, and Jackson Townships.
