As of 6:30 a.m., thousands of customers are without electricity in southeast Missouri and southern Illinois. I ordered three pairs of men’s shoes for my brother they were for diabetic neuropathy, special shoes. Supposedly the ad states that if you wear a size 10 example order one size larger so I ordered size 11 the reason for doing that they said their shoes... See More run small so now I finally got the shoes and these things are humongous they’re like a men’s size 14 so I contacted the company or someone today and told them these shoes are way too big, I need to get them exchanged they said well then you will have to send them to China. The postage is very very expensive. Would you be happy if we gave you 50% off another order and you just re-order the correct size well no I’m not gonna be happy with that. I want the correct size to begin with  but I was told do not contact or send anything to the return address on the packaging get a hold of them and they will give me the address in China.
