Truckee Donner Public Utility District reported a power outage at about 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21. More than 2,700 customers in the Sierra Meadows, Brockway, Airport, and West River St. areas were without power. According to the utility, customers are still affected in the area as of Thursday afternoon.
