Gusty winds as high as 55 mph are bringing down tree limbs and are expected to make the evening commute more difficult. PPL has reported over 3,700 customers without power throughout eastern Pennsylvania, over 400 of which were between Eldred Township and Polk Township. Outages are also being reported in Pocono, Paradise, Barrett and Jackson townships.

See More about the Cemetery stretching towards Radio Hill on Lincoln Way West. Franklin Street is completely closed at High Street. Wires have been reported down in those places.
