My first Pfizer shot I had only a sore arm for about a day and a half. The second dose was on Monday, 5 April and I’m just now starting to feel better. I felt fine that day other than the injection being painful for some reason. The next couple of days I had a moderate pounding headache (excedrin didn’t even work), moderate diarrhea and mild body aches. All good now and no arm pain other than the painful shot. I am 35 and am in good health, I was a little surprised I had symptoms for more than one day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Body Ache, Soreness
