My brother an Emergency Dr in Knoxville Tennessee had his first Pfizer vaccine without any issues. He had the 2nd dose twenty some days later and 10hrs after had a high temperature and strong headache and felt very ill for approx 12 hours. This apparently is a common result on the second dose. Two days later he felt fine and is back in the ER. | Symptoms: Fever, Lightheaded, Headache
