I ordered Christian printed t-shirts from a company that advertised made in Nashville, USA. Took 3 weeks to receive the items and only then finding out they came from Hong Kong. I tried them on and they were way too small. I emailed their customer support website and they have refused to give me a phone number and a mailing address on where to return the shirts for a full refund. They offered a $9.00 credit and I could keep the shirts. I said no! Then they offered $27.00 credit. Again, I refused and adamant about receiving a full refund. They will not provide an address so I can mail the shirts back. I am calling the address on the weigh bill to see if the address is legitimate or a front for fraudulent activity. Filing a formal complaint with Ohio Atty General as well as GA Atty General, in addition to the Detective Bureau at the appropriate Sheriff’s Office for Lawrenceville, GA.
