Safety Report: MPAY-UK Warehouse - I did not order this item, Frankley Industrial Estate, Tay Road, Rubery, Birmingham, UK

My husband has just received a scarf from this company he did not order. He had made an order on a website that he thought was wilco. They tried to get payment but we managed to get bank to refund. Payment was to mpay. So websites are connected all a scam.

Just looked up their details in Company House. The whole thing looks fishy, on 1 Nov 2018 Me Want was recorded as director, then showing him as resigned then re-elected all on the same day. No other names listed!

Yeah just received one this morning....some cheap polyester tshirt...no idea why.

I ordered 2 dog harnesses from MPAY-UK. Although expensive, they are cheap and shoddy. I promptly e-mailed them at the e-mail address they provide for 'quick and easy refunds' but no response. I e-mailed again: no response. This outfit is still advertising via google

MPAY-UK ship out orders made online from Ali Express. I too was confused who MPAY-UK were, having received a delivery notification, until I noticed the sending address on my order from Ali Express that I received today.
