Pole #5 61781 WH Goes on and off numerous times at night. Not able to repot on phone!! Recording does not cover this and can't speak to a person.

09/15 Update: No repair yet! Know it isn't an emergency BUT it is a Sr development and Police and Rescue are here often. NO light on the street light pole! needs a bulb replacement. I have reported this about 3 times in past 21 yrs and have always been able to call it in. No more. Very frustrating!
