I received a package I didn't order. Tried looking up an invoice so I could return it. It had clothes in it!. Cheaply made and smell bad. I don't understand!

I got a poor quality dress nothing like what I ordered. Reported to PayPal and they found in favor the seller. Beware of PayPal too. They obviously just want the commission and don’t care if the co diners get ripped off.
