I originally placed a complaint on Abby Adkins, for sending out a product other than what I ordered. After filing a complaint and not being able to get any information for this for the seller, I filed a claim with PayPal. They were able to get me the actual sellers information. I have emailed that seller numerous times, they do respond but claim they sent the right product out. They have offered me an eight dollar refund on a $41 purchase, telling me this is the most he can afford because his salary isn't that much. In their opinion, $33 is not much of a loss.! they obviously are not going to refund my money so I will continue my claim with PayPal to get my money back.
