Recall details: Company Announcement ITECH 361 is voluntarily recalling 18,940 bottles of All Clean Hand Sanitizer, Moisturizer and Disinfectant sold in one liter bottles to the consumer level. The products are being recalled due to the potential presence of methanol (wood alcohol). Risk Statement: Substantial methanol exposure can result in nausea, vomiting, headache, blurred vision, permanent blindness, seizures, coma, permanent damage to the nervous system or death. Although all persons using these products on their hands are at risk, young children who accidently ingest these products and adolescents and adults who drink these products as an alcohol (ethanol) substitute, are most at risk for methanol poisoning To date ITECH 361 has not received reports of adverse events related to this recall. The product is used as a hand sanitizer and moisturizer and is packaged in one (1) liter plastic bottles with UPC Code 628055370130. All Clean Hand Sanitizer and Moisturizer was distributed Nationwide to wholesale distributors and retailers. ITECH 361 is notifying its distributors by a Notice of a voluntary recall and consumers via this press release. ITECH 361 is arranging for return/replacement or refund of all recalled products. Consumers/distributors/retailers that have the product subject to this recall should stop using All Clean Hand Sanitizer, Moisturizer and Disinfectant and return it to the place of purchase. Consumers with questions regarding this recall can contact Corina Enriquez by phone number (888)405-4442 or e-mail at corina@itech361.com, Monday through Friday beginning July 6, 9:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MDT). Consumers should contact their physician or healthcare provider if they have experienced any problems that may be related to using this product. Adverse reactions or quality problems experienced with the use of this product may be reported to the FDA's MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program either online, by regular mail or by fax. Complete and submit the report Online

I talked with them yesterday, said the received my return in the fulfillment center but I need to call back next week between the 8th til the 10th to have my account credited. Why? No answer.

I called them, said that I had to pay a restocking fee of 70 dollars, I said I would not, their ad assures full refund. She dropped it to 35 dollars. I
Just gave up and said ok, at least I will get back over 200 which was more than I expected, but still not fair. So I have to wait 8-10 days for my refund to go to my account. They gave me a refund reference number. For whatever it’s worth

(2), Saskatchewan (2), Manitoba (2), Ontario (18), Quebec (8) and New Brunswick (1).

Individuals became sick between March 2020 and January 2024. Five individuals have been hospitalized. No deaths have been reported. Individuals who became ill are between 0 and 84 years of age. Seven cases (20%) are in children 5 years of age or younger. More than half of the cases (66%) are female. The investigation is ongoing, as recent illnesses continue to be reported.

The outbreak, which has been ongoing since March 2020, has been traced back to two types of geckos: the crested gecko and the leopard gecko. Many of those affected reported either direct or indirect contact with these pets or their habitats prior to falling ill. Some individuals fell sick despite not handling the geckos themselves, but lived in the same house where the pets were kept. The same strain of Salmonella was found in a gecko habitat from the home of an ill individual.

In case you are experiencing Salmonella symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and fever, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
