I received the seeds I purchased with no instructions. It’s been over two months. I cannot seem to get anyone to assist me without paying an additional fee for instructions as how to plant. It’s been a nightmare very unacceptable. Poor customer service cannot contact the company directly. The package comes from.Hliver Lowry 1952 Hempstead Turnpike E., Meadow, NY 11554. QR code nothing. U 228-6109 – GDT –**** A 18 – 14–03. I have spent hours online trying to get answers since June. No success. I need Guy distance as to how to proceed with this instructions. If not, I will be contacting my credit card company although it’s been over two months. I’m just extremely disappointed. I am very frustrated. Totally unacceptable.
